Jodi Ohama is one of Qnity’s first-ever Lead Educators and a seasoned Coach and Facilitator with over thirty years of leadership experience in professional beauty. A former co-owner of a four-location, award-winning salon group, she experienced firsthand the power of Qnity tools and is deeply versed in the full suite of Qnity programs. Today, Jodi serves as a Qnity Guide, partnering with top Qnity accounts and specializing in supporting large leadership teams through lasting transformations in clarity, execution, growth, and leadership effectiveness. She also leads Qnity’s community-driven program, Circle. Beyond her work with Qnity, Jodi is a certified leadership coach who brings her expertise to Ivey Business School, the Aveda Institute Winnipeg, and her private coaching practice-- coaching teams and individuals across diverse sectors. Known for her compassion, creativity, and straightforward approach, she excels in fostering confident, integrity-based leaders and navigating multi-generational and diverse organizational dynamics. Since entering the beauty industry in 2017, she has worked within a large multi-location salon and medical spa, where she was a key part of the team that led the organization’s transformation from a single, family-owned company into a franchise model.
During this time, Rebecca mentored franchisees through the critical shift from hairdressers to business owners, guiding them to lead financially sound, high-performing locations with strong company culture and values.
