Qnity Partner Coordinator
OVERVIEW
The Partnership Coordinator at Qnity is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing relationships across our diverse partner network, including brands, ambassadors, referral partners, and sales representatives. This revenue-focused role plays a pivotal part in driving growth. Acting as the central hub for coordinating multi-channel sales and marketing activities, the Partnership Coordinator will ensure seamless integration and success across all partner channels and Qnity business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue-Focused Partner Management and Coordination
Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with Qnity's partner network, including brands, ambassadors, referral partners, customers, and sales representatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
Coordinate and oversee partner-driven sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving measurable growth.
Lead weekly check-ins with sales ambassadors to track progress towards sales goals and provide necessary support.
Manage and expand the referral partner program to increase lead generation and conversion.
Coordinate "Qnity on The Road" events, ensuring successful execution and sales follow up to drive revenue.
Sales Support and Lead Management
Proactively process and respond to inbound leads, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
Implement systematic lead nurturing processes for all event-generated leads, focusing on conversion.
Manage lead distribution to sales representatives and monitor pipeline progress.
Support external and internal sales initiatives with brand partners and customers to ensure targets are met.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner and lead interactions in the CRM system, tracking performance metrics and outcomes.
Marketing Coordination to Support Sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to align partner-related campaigns with sales objectives.
Facilitate communication between partners and internal marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and sales alignment across all partner channels.
Support the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns designed to drive sales growth.
Event Management
Coordinate logistics and execution of partner events and road shows, ensuring a focus on lead generation and revenue opportunities.
Manage post-event follow-up and lead nurturing processes to drive conversions.
Track and report on event success metrics, particularly related to revenue and sales impact.
Maintain an events calendar and coordinate partner participation to align with sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or similar role.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and sales process management.
Understanding of salons, spas, medspas and beauty and wellness brands is required.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
PERFORMANCE METRICS:
This role will have defined performance goals focused on revenue generation, lead conversion, and partner sales growth. Performance will be evaluated based on key metrics, including:
Revenue growth from partner initiatives.
Lead conversion rates from events and campaigns.
Partner program expansion and effectiveness.
COMPENSATION:
This is a Full-Time, Revenue-Focused Salaried position with a compensation package, including incentives, between $55,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
